Evangelism
"WHOEVER WILL CALL UPON THE NAME OF THE LORD will be saved." How then shall they call upon Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent?
Romans 10:13-15
At CBC, we are convinced that God has entrusted the local church with the incredible privilege of proclaiming to all people, through word and deed, the good news of Jesus.
At Camelback Bible, this privilege is lived out in a variety of ways, both individually and corporately. While every member of our body is challenged to be salt and light, to be witnesses of God’s grace in the circles in which God has placed them, we, as a people corporately, also plan specific outreach events and labor to create a variety of opportunities for service. In many instances, these events are planned and carried out by the specific ministries that exist in our body (e.g. youth outreach nights, community marriage seminars, businessmen’s lunch-time study). On other occasions, outreach efforts are more church-wide in their planning and goals (e.g. special concerts, special guest speakers).
